Madhur Kakkar didn’t grow up understanding money.
Like most students, he moved out, got his first taste of independence, and made every classic mistake — spending without a plan, no safety net for emergencies, no real idea how credit worked. It cost him time, stress, and more than a few hard lessons.
Years later, he built Wall St. 101 for one reason: so the next generation could learn these skills before the mistakes get expensive. In this session he shares that journey openly — what he wishes someone had told him at 18, and how a simple simulation can teach it in a way school never did.

With over two decades Of Experience in the financial services industry, Madhur has worked with and led multiple investment broking, financial services and fintech companies in the UAE and the region.
Madhur began his career in wealth management, where he led flagship branches for global banking giants. Transitioning into entrepreneurial leadership, madhur played a pivotal role in scaling one of Dubai’s leading brokerage firms. he later Co‑Founded and served as CEO of a DIFC‑Based asset advisory and Fund Management Company.
